Ruby

Ruby was born in rescue care on Valentine's Day! One of her brothers was named Max. ;)
Ruby is a sweetpea, but it takes her a while to warm up to you. She loves all the goodies—lettuce, apple, carrot, etc.—but her preference is hay! There is no point in trying to use an untethered food dish as she will not allow anything to stay in it. She might even make you some soup in her water bowl with whatever you try to put in her food dish! ;) Ruby loves to explore and isn't deterred by hard flooring. She works hard to bunch up her blanket a certain way and gets upset if you try to straighten it out. Ruby allows herself to be picked up but doesn't particularly like it; however, she likes to be petted and will often sneak in a wee nap as you're petting her.
